Our Microsoft Certified technical consultants will be here to walk you through the technical installation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software.
Touchstone’s technical consultants are qualified and licensed under Microsoft Dynamics NAV certification requirements, demonstrating their knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product on which our solutions are built.
Installation support can be provided on site or remotely depending on your preferred method and your own support network. Technical consultants will provide the level of installation support you require whether through step by step guidance or via a more hands-off approach.
Installation takes place following the Functional Workshop, Configuration/Development, the Data Workshop and the agreement of the Data Migration routines. Once these have been finalised, the NavOne system can then be delivered on site for acceptance testing.
Training will be undertaken for those key users given responsibility for the acceptance testing.
We suggest that there is an agreed number of key users and they receive a two-day training session. Data to be used in the testing process will then be loaded onto the system using the data migration routines.
Touchstone can provide on-site consultants during the acceptance testing period to make sure that queries and issues get resolved quickly. Issues requiring development input will be referred for timely resolution.
