We are delighted to advise that a 200 staff Corporate and Fund Services provider based in Mauritius has selected NavOne for their corporate and fund services requirements.
The principal drivers for change were the need to have increased efficiency which will be achieved by digitising existing manual corporate services processes and transforming the funds business on to the latest technologies available from Touchstone.
The project will involve a manual migration of data from disparate manual records during the course of the implementation with support from Touchstone to make the process as efficient as possible. Touchstone will also be assisting with the electronic migration of fund data from their legacy funds system via the NavOne Data Migration Toolkit.
The Migration Toolkit adds value to NavOne implementations by enabling data transformation and enrichment during the transition. The process is fully auditable and reproducable, thus giving confidence to the customer that existing data is preserved as well as enhanced.
Due to the extensive nature of the project and the manual effort involved in transitioning data, ‘go live’ is anticipated in Q4 2020.
