Touchstone are delighted to announce another successful implementation, on this occasion for a large private bank with over 100 users spread across multiple jurisdictions throughout Asia Pacific, Channel Islands, Europe and the Caribbean.
This existing client is rapidly growing their international footprint whilst also continuing to drive their digital transformation within specific business units. This particular rollout included NavOne’s Client Administration, Client Relationship, Workflow and Time Recording & Billing modules, and the building of a number of banking and other interfaces.
In addition, this implementation also included a large-scale bespoke automated risk reporting solution which Touchstone scoped, designed and built for to support our client with driving efficiencies and effectiveness of their KYC/AML process.
To ensure successful implementation, all locations went live over an 8 week rolling period ending in November and we are pleased to announce the client has confirmed its’ success and adoption. Our client is now looking forward to implementation of further NavOne modules in 2020 to continue its large scale digitisation programme.
