Touchstone have successfully gone live with a significant simultaneous, multi-site upgrade of its world-leading wealth management platform, NavOne. This multi-jurisdictional client, who are longer-term users of Touchstone’s solutions, wanted to modernise their systems and move to a current ‘best of breed’ solution which would support their overall digitisation programme. In the process, Touchstone were able to mobilise technical and consultancy teams from across its office network in Jersey, Singapore and Sydney to deliver the upgrade, which involved a large number of client-customisations and a particularly high level of testing. In addition, Touchstone delivered the consolidation of various regional implementations onto a single database.
