Touchstone’s NavOne solution has recently gone live for a Hong Kong private bank, which provides trustee services and has a branch network throughout the immediate region.
For this particular delivery, the implementation actually went operational ahead of the formal ‘go live’, the formal date being deemed more auspicious for large announcements according to the Chinese Farmer’s Almanac calendar (Tung Shing). In addition, of particular note was the fact scoping and implementation was also conducted primarily in Cantonese, underlining the strengths of our model to build and maintain culturally-diverse teams to ensure smoothest possible delivery for our clients.
Touchstone representatives celebrated the milestone together with our clients and the banks’ senior management in a dedicated ‘go-live’ ceremony on the day, with a number of formal speeches given in relation to their digital transformation and the role NavOne will play in it.
