Touchstone has significantly expanded its Asia Pacific team following continued business development success around its Microsoft Dynamics NAV based NavOne client and trust administration and accounting solution.
Four new experts have joined Touchstone after new client wins and to support the emerging opportunities especially in Singapore and Hong Kong. The Public Trust In New Zealand is one of Touchstone’s newest APAC clients, which has recently completed a major implementation of NavOne, transforming a disparate system architecture to support tomorrow’s business objectives and future proofing the business in an increasingly competitive new world digital economy.
Michael Kerr has joined as Head of Sales and brings a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge and experience from across the financial services and “fintech” industries including roles at American Express, ANZ Bank, First Data and NCR.
New Zealand based Business Consultant Yvonne Faulkner has over twenty years’ experience in Public Trust and Funds Management organisations where she played a leading role in ensuring major projects were correctly scoped, designed and implemented according to agreed milestones. Yvonne has an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements impacting the financial and estate planning industries.
Business Consultant Danni Wang has over nine years’ experience working in diverse and complex financial systems. Her strengths include client onboarding, business process reengineering and regulation.
Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant, Shankar Radha brings over eleven years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and infrastructure technical knowledge to the team.
